Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day.

If something you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we will email you within one business day and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Domestic delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a day or two longer.

Every order ships with a tracking number, which is emailed to you as soon as the label is created. You can also look it up any time on the Track order page.

Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, the exact cost is calculated on the Wix checkout page before you pay, never after.

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Any import duties charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

If tracking has not moved for seven days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and we will replace or refund it.
