Privacy policy

When you place an order we receive your name, email address, delivery address and order details. Payment card details are entered on the Wix checkout page and are never seen or stored by us.

If you contact us, we keep your message and reply so we can help you again later.

Your details are used to fulfil your order, send order and shipping confirmations, handle returns, and respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your order is processed through Wix, which handles checkout, payment and order management on our behalf. Carriers receive the delivery details needed to deliver your parcel.

We may also use privacy-friendly site analytics to understand which pages work, without building advertising profiles about you.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by contacting support. We will action verified requests within 30 days.

Marketing emails are only sent if you opt in, and every one includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

We use the cookies required to keep your bag and session working. Any optional analytics cookies are only set where consent is given.
